Cool Whip Cookies - Gail Lithgow

1 cake mix (Pillsbury Funfetti is best)
1 egg
1 small container Cool Whip, thawed
powdered sugar

Stir ingredients until well blended. Dough will be stiff. Roll dough into 1" balls and then roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
