Pork Chop Bake - Craig Lithgow

6 pork chops, 1” thick
4 medium potatoes, uncooked, thinly sliced
1-4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 cup water
1 envelope onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops and drain on absorbent paper. In buttered 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and the chops. In a small bowl, combine water and soup mix and pour over casserole. Cover with foil and bake 1 ½ hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
