Hamburger and Green Bean Casserole - Craig and Gail Lithgow

1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 small onion—chopped
6 potatoes—peeled and sliced
1 can green beans with juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper

Sauté meat and onion. Drain off fat. Add beans, potatoes, soup and seasonings. Mix well. Put in greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
