Derby Pie - Katie Clancy

Mix well:

¼ cup butter , melted
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
¼ tsp. salt

Mix together:

½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup pecans
¾ cup light corn syrup

Then add this mixture to the egg/sugar mixture.

Then add:

1 T bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
