Sugar Cookies - Pearl Pearson Rursch

1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup oleo
2 eggs
3 T cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and oleo, creaming until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add cream and flavoring. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Mix well, Chill. Roll out small amount very thin on lightly floured board. Cut with cooky cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-9 minutes.
