Salmon Patties - Craig Lithgow

1 lb. can salmon, drained
1/3 cup salmon liquid
¼ cup butter or margarine
½ cup chopped onion
3 slices dry bread
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
fat for frying

Melt butter or margarine and cook onion until tender. Mix all ingredients except frying fat. Shape into patties and fry in lightly greased skillet.
