Chicken Packets - Scott Lithgow

3 oz. cream cheese
2 T butter
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
sliced cheese
2 T milk
salt and pepper
1 pkg. crescent rolls
seasoned croutons

Mix together cream cheese and butter and cream well. Add cubed chicken, milk, salt and pepper. Toss together and set aside. Separate crescent rolls into rectangles. Spoon ½ cup of chicken onto each rectangle. Add slice of cheese. Pull corners to center. Pat and seal into a patty. Brush with melted butter and roll in crushed seasoned croutons. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
