Parmesan Chicken - Craig Lithgow

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs.)
2 T margarine, melted
1 tsp. parsley flakes
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. paprika
½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Dip chicken in margarine and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
