Oatmeal Bars - Marian Danielson Pearson

Cream:

1 cup oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar

Add:

2 eggs

Then add:

½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cups flour

Stir in:

3 cups oatmeal

Spread in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When cool, drizzle butter cream icing over the top. Cut into squares.

Marian usually put food coloring in the icing.
