Chicken Casserole with Biscuits - Craig Lithgow

1 whole chicken, cooked & boned
½ cup milk
½ cup broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk

Mix all together except biscuit mix and milk and bake until bubbly at 350 degrees. Mix biscuit mix and milk and place biscuits on top and bake until they are done, approximately 30 minutes more.
