Beef Barbecue - Marjorie Seymour Lithgow

7-8 lbs. chuck roast, cooked, tear in pieces

Sauté ¾ cup margarine and 3 cups chopped onion.

3 T paprika
3 T dry mustard
1 T pepper
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
3 small bottles catsup

Mix all ingredients. If it seems dry, add more catsup. Heat in low oven, stirring often.
