1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler or fryer chicken, cut up
Brush Italian dressing on all sides of chicken pieces. Coat well with cornflake crumbs. In shallow baking pan, place chicken on large piece of foil. Wrap loosely in foil, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Open foil and continue baking until chicken is golden, about 30 minutes.
