Use for 1-lb. boneless fillets.

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
Dip #2
2 egg whites
Dip #3
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Bake fish at 450 degrees at 10-15 minutes.
