Bran Muffins - Leah Monson Danielson

Mix in large plastic bowl. Make sure that bowl has a cover as batter will be stored in it later.

1 cup oleo
4 eggs (3 if large)
1 quart buttermilk or sour milk
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1-15 oz. box Raisin Bran (7 cups)

Mix all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks in covered bowl. Grease tins very generously. Fill tin almost full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
